How to get here

By train
-Shijo Station (Karasuma Line of Kyoto Municipal Subway)
Go up to the ground from Exit 5 using stairs and walk toward your left.
You will see our hotel on your left within 1 minute by walking.
-Karasuma Station (Kyoto Line of Hankyu Railway)
Go out through the West Ticket Gate, walk toward your left, and you will see an access way to Shijo Subway Station.
From the underground Shijo Station, please use the route stated in (1) above.

By airplane
-If you come from Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport)

Take the Osaka Monorail at Osaka Airport Station and get off at Minamiibaraki Station.
Take Hankyu Kyoto Line at Minamiiaraki Station and get off at Karasuma Station.
It is a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Karasuma Station.
*Go through the underground passage and go out through Exit 5 of Shijio Subway Station.

-If you come from Kansai International Airport

Route (1)
Take [JRLimitedExpressHaruka] at JR Kansai Airport Station and get off at Kyoto Station.
Take Kyoto Municipal Karasuma Subway Line at Kyoto Station and get off at Shijo Station.
It is about 1 minute by walk from Exit 5 of Kyoto Municipal Subway's Shijo Station.

Route (2)
Take the airport limousine bound for Kyoto at Kansai International Airport and get off at Kyotoeki-hachijoguchi (Kyoto Station's Hachijo Exit).
Take Karasuma Line of Kyoto Municipal Subway at Kyoto Station and get off at Shijo Station.
It is a 1-minute walk from Exit 5 of Kyoto Municipal Subway's Shijo Station.

Nishiki Market

10-minute walk
As the Kyoto people say, "Come to Nishiki and there is no food you can't find here," there are many shops selling fish, meat, dried food, side dishes, yuba, pickles, and Kyoto vegetables. As such, this place is also called "Kyoto's kitchen".

Yasaka Shrine

10 minutes by train, bus, etc. Take the city bus no. 207 and get off at Gion. 2 minutes on foot.
Yasaka Shrine, which also goes by the popular nickname Gion-san, is famous for its Gion Matsuri Festival, one of the three major festivals in Kyoto.

Kiyomizu-dera Temple

40 minutes by car, bus, etc. Walk 20 minutes after alighting from the city bus no. 207 at Kiyomizu-michi.
Kiyomizu-dera Temple is a popular spot in Kyoto. In Shimizu-saka where the stores are located, you can purchase a lot of Kyoto-style souvenirs.

Kyoto Imperial Palace

5 minutes' walk from ' Imadegawa Station ' on the Karasuma Subway Line.
Since Emperor Kogon ascended in the first year of Genko (1331), this had been the residence of successive emperors until the Meiji era.
