A Yes, wireless LAN (Wi-Fi standard) access is available in all guest rooms free of charge. Wireless LAN is also available in the lobby. Please note that we do not have rental computers available.

QPlease tell me about room cleaning

A If you are staying for more than one night and you would like cleaning services, please use the magnets on your door.

If you would like room cleaning (including towel exchange), please attach the blue magnet (indicating 'Please clean the room') to the outside of your door by 10:00 AM on the day of service.

If you do not require cleaning but would still like towel exchange, please attach the grey magnet (indicating 'Please exchange towels') to the outside of your door by 10:00 AM on the day of service.

If neither magnet is attached, please note that neither cleaning nor towel exchange will be performed.

However, for hygiene reasons, room cleaning will be conducted every third day even if you do not request it.

QMay I have a meeting in my guest room with a colleague who is not staying overnight?

A For public morals, crime prevention, and firefighting reasons, we do not allow non-guests to enter guest rooms or guest room floors. Please visit them in the lobby.

A Yes, we do.
Extra beds can be installed in the Moderate Triple (up to 3 beds) and Junior Suite Force (up to 4 beds).

QMy child is young. Is there a children's fare?

A One child of elementary school age or younger per bed is free of charge.

QDo you accept pets?

A We regret to inform you that animals other than assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, etc.) are not allowed.

A The standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
However, this may vary depending on the details of your reservation plan.

Additionally, we clean guest rooms in the order of arrival times provided in advance.
If your arrival time changes, please make sure to contact us in advance.

QIs it possible to check-in earlier?

A Early check-in before the normal check-in time (14:00) may not be available depending on the availability of the previous day or the day of the check-in. Please contact the hotel for details. If you wish to check in before 11:00 a.m., please make an additional overnight reservation from the day before.

QIs it okay if I check in late?

A If you are more than 2 hours late without informing us of your scheduled check-in time, we may cancel your reservation. If you are going to be more than 2 hours late, please be sure to contact the hotel in advance. For security reasons, the hotel's automatic entrance door is locked at night (24:00 to 6:00 the next day). Please use the interphone at the entrance.

QCan I receive a receipt with the company name?

A The receipt can be issued in the company name.
For guests who make payment directly at the front desk during check-in, we kindly request payment at the automatic settlement machine, and the receipt (receipt type) will be issued from the automatic settlement machine. Additionally, handwritten receipts (manually issued) are also available.

QCan I receive a receipt that combines room charges with breakfast and other expenses as "accommodation fees"?

A Except for accommodation set plans booked in advance, we regret to inform you that we cannot combine various charges incurred for purchases, additions, or services utilized at the hotel with room charges.
Therefore, we are unable to issue a receipt as "accommodation fees." We appreciate your understanding in advance.

QIf I use online credit card payment, will a receipt be issued?

A If you choose prepayment by credit card at the time of reservation, please issue the receipt online by yourself. We kindly ask you to issue the receipt online, as we are unable to provide it at the hotel.

A UnionPay cards can be used for settlement during check-in and check-out.
Settlement with UnionPay cards is accepted at the front counter (not available at the automatic settlement machine).
