Customers paid deposit online who should pay whole accommodation fee when you checking in.
Payment can be paid by credit card (VISA/MASTER/JCB/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DINERS/UC/SAISON/UNION PAY).
Automatic payment machines support coin exchange without any cumbersome procedures.
*Passengers pay by UnionPay card who should swipe at the front desk.(automatid payment machines do not support unionpay cards.)

◆If the customer sends the package to the hotel
Please be sure to specify the name of the guest (Katakana) and the date of stay on the slip.
After checking your reservation information and slip, we will keep it until the day of check-in.
However, we are unable to receive cash, valuables, drugs, letters, fragile goods, dangerous goods, cool packages and other items that require temperature and humidity control, and cash on delivery packages.

Security Lock System

We lock the front entrance of the hotel from 0:00 a.m. to 6:00 the next morning for safety in the hotel hall at midnight.

When entering the building after midnight,

・Customers who are checking in, use the intercom located outside the front entrance,
 We will check your reservation's name before you can enter the hotel.

※Some hotels have introduced a card key security system in the elevator.

⇒ Go up to the ground level through the escalator and go right
⇒ If you head eastward along Honmachi-dori Street about 80m straight, you will find it on your left.

⇒ Go up to the ground level through the stairs and go straight to the left

A Yes, feel free to use them.

A No.

QIs it possible to rent a car?

A Our hotel does not provide rental car services. To find one, please ask the front desk.

QPlease tell me about room cleaning

A If you are staying for more than one night and you would like cleaning services, please use the magnets on your door.

If you would like room cleaning (including towel exchange), please attach the blue magnet (indicating 'Please clean the room') to the outside of your door by 10:00 AM on the day of service.

If you do not require cleaning but would still like towel exchange, please attach the grey magnet (indicating 'Please exchange towels') to the outside of your door by 10:00 AM on the day of service.

If neither magnet is attached, please note that neither cleaning nor towel exchange will be performed.

However, for hygiene reasons, room cleaning will be conducted every third day even if you do not request it.

A Late check out is possible but is a subject to availability on your check out date. The latest check out time is 2pm.

A Unfortunaltely, no. (Sight challenged customers can stay with their service animals)

A Depends on the room availability of that day. Please contact the front desk.

A We can keep your luggage at the front desk on the day of your check in and the day of your check out.

A Of course, once we confirmed your reservation.

A If you are going to be later that your stated check in time please inform the hotel.
