Mechanical multi-story car park on the hotel premises (tie-up)
Up to 20 cars can be parked (first-come, first-served, reservations not allowed)
Size of vehicle allowed: Overall length: 5.3m, overall height: 1.55 to 2.0m, overall width: 2.05m, weight: 2500 kg, tire external dimensions: 1.96m, minimum ground height: 0.11m
※Even if the vehicle is within the set restrictions, it may not be possible to enter the storage depending on the type of car and the situation.
Fee
・One night (from 15:00 to 11:00 the next morning) 1,500 yen per car (tax included)
・We ask you to pay the parking fee at the front desk.
・Before check-in time and after check-out time, please pay separately at the parking lot.
Precautionary matters
・It is on first come, first served basis, and we do not accept advance reservations for the parking lot at all.
・If the hotel parking lot is full, we will guide you to a separate tie-up parking lot or a nearby parking lot.
・If you use the neighborhood parking lot, we ask you to shoulder the fee.

Shipping from hotel (charged)
We accept packages at the front desk. We also have boxes and plastic covers for home delivery (both charged).
We only accept cash payments.

If the customer sends a package to the hotel
Please be sure to specify the name of the guest and the date of stay on the slip.
After checking your reservation information and slip, we will keep it until the day of your check-in.
However, we are unable to receive cash, valuables, drugs, letters, fragile goods, dangerous goods, cool parcels and other items that require temperature and humidity control, and payment-on-delivery and cash on delivery packages.
※We may not be able to accept it due to the limited storage space.
※If your reservation name is not listed on the slip or if we are unable to match your reservation information, we may not be able to receive your package.
If you have any questions, please contact the hotel.

We will lock the front entrance of the hotel from midnight to 5 a.m. the next morning for safety inside the hotel at midnight.
When entering the building after midnight,
・For guests staying at the hotel, you can open the entrance with your room key.
・Customers who are checking in will be admitted after we confirm the name of your reservation using the intercom located outside the front entrance.
※We have introduced a card key security system in the elevator. You need a room key to go to the floor of the guest rooms.

Copy (color): 50 yen per page (tax included)
Fax: 20 yen per page  (tax included)
※Receiving faxes is free of charge.
