Cleaning for consecutive nights
We ask that you notify us of your cleaning requests for consecutive nights by using a magnet.
If you wish to have your room cleaned (including towel change), please post a blue magnet (please clean the room) on the hallway side of the door by 10:00 a.m. on the same day.
If you do not wish to have your room cleaned and only wish to have your towels changed, please post a gray magnet (please hang your towels on the door) on the hallway side of the door by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your arrival.
If neither magnet is attached, we will not clean the room or change the towels.
However, to maintain hygiene, we will clean your room once every three days even if you do not request us to do so.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as part of our SDGs efforts.

During curfew all the enterances are locked. In order to enter the hotel please use your room key.

By train
Direct connection from the South Exit of JR Mito Station. 1 minute walk.
The South Exit Deck is directly connected to the 3rd floor of the hotel.
To reach the front desk, please take the hotel elevator to the 6th floor.
By Airplane
Approximately 2.5 hours from Narita Airport by highway bus
Approximately 40 minutes by highway bus from Ibaraki Airport to Mito Station South Exit
By car
Approximately 20 minutes by car from the Mito IC of Joban Expressway
Approximately 15 minutes by car from the Mito Minami Interchange on the Kita-Kanto Expressway.
